Return requirements

If products contain a seal for hygienic and/or health reasons, they can only be returned sealed. These are health and personal care products such as syrups and tablets. These are the requirements

  • The seal on the products - which had been placed for hygienic and/or health reasons - was not removed.
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery, or the products are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it without reason. The costs are then at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us. For products that are damaged, we reserve the right to charge for the damage. If a product has a broken seal, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge for the damage.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the order within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods. After requesting a return, you have another 14 days to return the products to our return address. You can email us at with the order details.

We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will refund the purchase price (excluding any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products.

We recommend that you use our withdrawal form. You can download and fill it in. Then put the form together with the product(s) you want to return.
