Shipping Policy

Any order you place before 5 p.m. on a business day, we will deliver to your home or work within 1 or 2 business days by PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay. Do you order for an amount over €75? Then we will ship the order for free. On holidays no packages are delivered by the couriers. The package will be delivered the next business day.All prices shown on our website include VAT.

Delayed delivery
We promise to deliver the order on time, you can rely on that. In 98% of cases, PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay can keep these promises. If your package is delayed due to circumstances, we will do everything possible to deliver your package as soon as possible.

Not at home
Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then the package can be delivered to your neighbors or PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay will try to deliver the package again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay point, where you can then pick up the package. PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay will notify you by placing a bill in your mailbox. You can also find out where the package will be delivered in the online tracking data.

Delivery Process

If you order before 5 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive the products within 2 business days. We make sure that you can keep a close eye on the delivery. We do this by constantly keeping you informed:

1. Right After Order (Order Confirmation)
   Right after placing your order, you will receive an email from us containing the order confirmation.
2. Shipping confirmation (Track&Trace information)
   When we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive another email with the tracking information of your shipment.
